On February 15, 2024, my Grandson, Bennett William, was born with a rare vascular anomaly called a congenital hemangioma. Extra tissue was formed in utero on his forehead, which developed a 1.5" benign tumor. Some refer to these as "strawberry marks" because the surface of a hemangioma can look like the surface of a strawberry. While it is early on and we don't have all of the answers yet, Bennett is in the best care at UVA Hospital where they will closely monitor the affect this could have on other areas of his health.
The proceeds from every "Berries for Bennett" purchase will go directly into a fund to support the costs associated with the Bennetts extensive medical treatment.

- do not wear in hot tubs, pools, or the ocean
- keep perfume, hairspray, sunscreen, lotions and other chemicals off your jewelry
